Thor Personal Training Plans (ThorPTP) is a fully customized plan to help athletes train for a specific triathlon, running race, cycling event, endurance swim, or an entire season of multiple events. This service is available to, and can benefit, athletes of all levels. Your coach, will work with you to define your goals, identify key race dates and put a plan in place to achieve those goals. The plan will be customized with consideration given to the athlete's existing fitness level, previous athletic experience and personal schedule.

An athlete training for a Half Ironman or Ironman will be required to make a minimum 6 month commitment to the program. An Olympic distance race will require a 4 month minimum commitment and anything shorter than Olympic distance will require a minimum 3 month commitment. For members looking at specific non Triathlon events, the duration of the program will be determined on an as needed basis, but will not be for less then 3 months.

Prior to signing up for this program, participants will have a one on one consultation with their coach to determine which plan they will participate in.
